Gardener On-Call is founded and owned by a UCONN-Certified Master Gardener with over 15 years of practical experience as a gardener, grower, mentor and writer. A lifelong resident of the area, with over a decade of service in horticultural outreach in southwestern Connecticut, our founder holds a certificate in arboriculture from the Bartlett Arboretum in Stamford Connecticut, a master's degree in corporate and political communication, and is a member of the Garden Writers Association and past board member of the Connecticut Master Gardener Association.
