During a consultation Gardener On-Call may perform limited on-site diagnostics and may take samples for further off-site study. Gardener On-Call reserves the right to perform only those diagnostic services which it believes are within its scope of knowledge and experience, but can advise clients on further diagnostic options. At no time will Gardener On-Call engage in any activity that may endanger human health or safety.
Clients who are considering new plant additions may request research into such characteristics as pest and disease resistance, hardiness and growth habit. Each client may request this research on five plants per client, per visit.
