All consultations are daylight and weather-dependent and may need to be rescheduled if conditions aren't favorable for viewing and examination. We understand that some clients may not be available for consultations during normal business hours. To accommodate working schedules, consultations may be booked for early evenings on specified weekdays and daytime hours on Saturdays. If clients need to cancel or reschedule, 24 hours notice is expected. Gardener On-Call makes a reasonable effort to arrive at the scheduled time, but isn't responsible for traffic or weather delays.
Please remember that our visit should be a pleasant and informative walk of the property and is most beneficial when clients aren't feeling rushed or distracted. All consultations are scheduled and confirmed by phone, and clients may contact Gardener On-Call at 203-377-1443.
