All new clients receive ninety minute consultations for residential properties of one acre or less. Established clients may schedule shorter visits, depending on their needs. Initial consultations exceeding ninety minutes will be charged an additional $25 for every thirty minutes over the initial ninety. No consultation will begin until the client reads and signs the consultation contract. Payment is due in full upon completion of the on-site consultation and may be made by check with a valid Connecticut state driver's license. Gardener On-Call does not accept credit cards. Insufficient funds will result in the client's forfeiture of the summary report and collection action. All consultations are daylight and weather-dependent and may need to be rescheduled if Gardener On-Call believes conditions aren't favorable for viewing and examination. Gardener On-Call reserves the right to perform only those diagnostic procedures which it believes are within its scope of knowledge and experience. At no time will Gardener On-Call engage in any activity that may endanger human health or safety. Gardener On-Call makes a reasonable effort to arrive at the appointed time, but isn't responsible for traffic or weather-related delays. Clients are asked to give twenty-four hours notice of cancellation. Gardener On-Call is a consultative service. Clients are free to embrace or reject any or all recommendations and assume all liability for any product, practice or service they may choose to use.
